  - must be able to swim and not be afraid of water,
  - children must be over 7 years of age.

Ideal clothing: (life jackets are compulsory)
    - old trainers or water shoes (with laces so that they stay on the feet)
    - swimsuit and T-shirt (beware of sun-burn)
    - hat, sunglasses with cord to prevent loss.
      Out of season: Wear a woollen jumper next to the skin and a windcheater.
         - Neoprene suits can be hiring for €6 a day.
Don't forget:
    - sun protection and cord for glasses,
    - sufficient water,
    - dustbin bags for rubbish.

Canoë équipé pagaies doubles

For the 1-day descent,
latest times of departure
  - 9 am for the 30-km descent
  - 10 am for the 24-km descent

For 2-days descent,  avoid carrying unnecessary weight
 - complete change of clothes, and warm clothing for the evening.
 - sleeping bag (small tents if need be)
 - enough food (no means of procuring more)
 - sufficient water and dustbin bags for rubbish.
